Before your spraytanning session

• We recommended not to wear make-up to your spraytanning session.

• Make sure to wear suitable tanning attire to your appointment. We suggest a dark bikini for women and dark underwear or swimming trunks for men.

​• Exfoliate and moisturize 24 hours before your session, paying particular attention to elbows, knees, ankles, and problem areas.

• Wax or shave at least 48 hours before your session. This allows the pores time to close. Dotting in pores may appear if not adhered to.

• Don’t apply moisturiser, perfume, deodorant, or makeup on the day of your session. These products may act as a barrier against your skin and can prevent the tanning actives from developing evenly.

After your spraytanning session

• Wear dark, loose-fitting clothing and shoes. Tight clothing or underwear may cause marks. Minor rub off can occur, and while this will easily wash out of most fabrics, some lighter coloured materials (including leather) may stain.

• Moisturize every day after your spraytanning session. Also, consider using a gradual tan moisturizer so that your tan is continually being topped up and your tan lasts longer.

• After day 5, exfoliate with a soft body polish daily. This helps your skin absorb moisturizer and keep it looking and feeling gorgeous. This also helps the tan fade naturally, rather than in patches.

• Avoid long baths, spas, extended swimming sessions, chlorinated jacuzzis, saunas, and steam rooms.

• Sensitive Skin
If you feel you have highly sensitive skin, or you have any doubts at all, we recommend a small local test spray to check your skin compatibility before your first spraytanning session.

• Sunscreen
The spraytan DOES NOT contain sunscreen, so please make sure you apply sunscreen to prevent sunburn when outdoors.
